Purchase Orders
You may use a company purchase order To purchase any of the products
listed on the TI eStore using a company purchase order, please contact
your local distributor or your Product
Information Center (PIC) at:

If you place your order through the PIC, a copy of your company
purchase order must be faxed to the PIC before your order can be
processed. Additionally, special discounts and promotions offered
through our online TI eStore may not be available through this service.
Shipping Rates and Transit
Times
TI eStore ships to most countries. For those countries where additional
paperwork is required to ship the products, the TI eStore will be
unable to process your order. You will need to contact one of TI’s
authorized distributors in your region to make complete your purchase.
Shipping Costs (International Orders) All international orders
are shipped via Fed Ex International Priority. The total shipping
charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before
you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate
the total shipping cost:
(Base amount for the first 1 lb of shipping weight-varies by region)
+ ($2.00 for each additional pound)
Transit Time: Based on stock availability, orders received before
2PM US CST (21:00 GMT) will be shipped the next business day by
the shipping method you select. Transit times for international
orders vary depending on the country and customs clearing time.
Most international orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Custom Charges
on International Shipments
Additional Value Added Taxes and custom fees may be incurred on
your TI eStore purchase if it is being shipped to a location outside
the United States. These fees will be charged directly to you the
buyer and are not included in the total purchase price of
your order.
Product Quantity Limits
In order to ensure timely delivery of large quantity product orders,
some products in the TI eStore are limited in the quantity that
can be ordered via the Internet. In instances where this occurs,
please call your local distributor or the Product Information Center
to place your order by phone:

website, you may use the "Order Status" link located at
the top of the page. For any other questions or to inquire about

the next business day.
Return Policy
All software and software licenses purchased through the TI eStore
are non-refundable and non-returnable. Hardware tools that are unopened
and undamaged may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products that are defective AND are still within the warranty period
outlined in the information included with the product will be repaired.
Please contact the Product Information Center (PIC) to initiate
a hardware tool return or repair process. The PIC can be contacted
via phone or email.
